Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview

We're seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our in-store team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with experience working with or selling building materials. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide high-level customer service, including product recommendations, pricing, quotes, product availability, installation guidance, and alternative options.
• Process payments, invoices, and other sales documents using the SPRUCE point of sales system and Toolbx online platform.
• Complete closing procedures and bank deposits at the end of the day.
• Monitor email and respond to customers and coworkers in a timely manner.
• Participate in product knowledge meetings to learn details about new and existing products.
• Assist new staff members with customers to ensure they provide the expected level of service and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and tidy showroom, including returning sample boards to the shelf, dusting and cleaning samples, and keeping them organized.
• Be kind and courteous to all customers and contractors in every situation.
• Maintain our code of conduct and keep appearance professional and tidy.
• Assist with the annual inventory count and recording of inventory quantities.
