Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and passionate Insurance Sales Representative to sell and promote our insurance products to our existing market and potential clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will build relationships with new and existing clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to help protect their assets. You will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients receive the best possible coverage for their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Present and explain policy details, benefits, and options to clients
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales is not mandatory but could be helpful, preferably in insurance, financial services, hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients
  • Willingness to obtain necessary state/Province insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
