Join Our Growing Power Sports Team!

Exciting things are happening in our Power Sports department, and we are looking to hire a Sales Representative to help our customers secure financing for their seadoos, motorcycles, ATVs, and more!

NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Assess customer needs and offer tailored financing solutions for Power Sports vehicles.
2. Guide customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth experience for seadoos, motorcycles, ATVs, and other vehicles.
3. Collect and verify all necessary documents and information for loan approval.
4. Educate customers on available financing options, terms, and conditions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to ensure seamless collaboration.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You Should Already Have

1. Ability to clearly explain financing options and terms to customers.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
4. Motivated to grow within a new and expanding department, with opportunities for career advancement.
5. A passion for Power Sports (such as knowledge of seadoos, motorcycles, or ATVs) is a plus but not required!

What We Will Give You

1. Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.
2. Comprehensive Health Benefits. (We pay 100% of the monthly premium!)
3. Transit-Friendly Employer (Transit allowance)

Compensation

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

1. Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
2. Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.

Projected Yearly Earnings

1. Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
2. Level 2: $65,500 – $78,000
