GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales goals by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes with high accuracy
• Self-accountable for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
