Job summary

Sleeman Breweries, part of Sapporo Breweries, invites a Sales Representative to join the Kamloops team within BC. You will manage the assigned territory, grow portfolio presence, and drive volume and margin through strong customer relationships and strategic execution.

In this role you will analyze market trends, coordinate programs, and maintain accurate CRM data while collaborating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Proven ability to execute sales plans, achieve targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Effective written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to demonstrate behaviours aligned with organisational values.
• Responsible beverage service certification (as required by province)

• Participate in industry events and stay current on competitor activity and consumer trends.

Purpose and Impact

Within the assigned sales territory (Kamloops), the Sales Representative represents Sleeman Breweries and grows portfolio presence in the trade. This role drives volume and gross margin performance by building strong customer relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and delivering best‑in‑class merchandising and program execution.

Responsibilities
