Sleeman Breweries in Vernon, British Columbia is seeking a Packaging Supervisor on a 1-year contract. You will lead a team on the production floor, coordinating bottling, canning and kegging activities to meet schedules safely and efficiently.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll ensure quality and food safety standards, mentor staff, and drive improvements in safety, efficiency and teamwork across a unionized manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to deliver high‑quality packaged beer across bottling, canning, and kegging operations. This role ensures production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality and food safety standards. The supervisor plays a key role in fostering a safe, engaged, and high‑performing team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Onsite – This role operates primarily within a manufacturing environment, with approximately 80% of time spent on the production floor and 20% in an office setting. Rotating shifts are required, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in production areas. This is a contract position to back fill for a one year contract
