Job description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with a trusted leader in the HVAC industry in North America. Our client, a manufacturer and distributor with a comprehensive product line, is seeking a new HVAC Sales Representative based out of their Victoria branch.

This role involves a blend of inside and outside sales responsibilities.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000, including salary and additional earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Negotiations: Secure projects through client negotiations and market awareness.
  2. Order Management: Process customer orders, handle change orders and site instructions, including pricing adjustments.
  3. Customer Interaction: Resolve order discrepancies and provide updates on delivery status.
  4. Project Closure: Ensure projects are invoiced and maintenance documentation submitted to close out projects.
  5. Quote Generation: Provide accurate quotes for non-bid jobs, including email requests and product coding.
  6. Order and Bid Review: Evaluate purchase orders and bids to maximize profitability.
  7. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high service quality, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness.
  8. Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships through communication and trust.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or a similar industry.
  2. Proven leadership in managing projects and teams.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated, creative, and positive attitude.
  5. Professional demeanor.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and independence under pressure.
  9. Strong work ethic, integrity, and respect.
