Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the commercial landscaping/Snow industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, promoting our landscaping Maintenance/Construction and Snow services, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for landscaping, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients in target markets, including commercial properties, municipalities, and property management companies.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our services, capabilities, and advantages.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets the agreed standards and client expectations.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate sales records.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the landscaping or Construction related industry.
  • Understanding of Construction process from start to finish .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
