Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada, hiring personable individuals to engage customers at a major retailer. You will guide customers through a financial product, build trust, and represent a trusted brand.

The role emphasizes face-to-face conversations, meeting sales targets, and ongoing coaching. A vehicle is an asset; background checks may be required, and schedules run 9am–9pm, Monday through Sunday.

KognitiveSales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

Compensation

• Base wage $17.95 plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
