Job summary

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover York & Durham Region, Ontario. You will visit customers, discuss painting projects, provide estimates, and book work, while converting opportunities into sales and building brand awareness.

You will also prospect new customers, network in the local area, and contribute to hitting sales targets. A valid driver’s license and reliable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in painting/home services.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Reliable, driven, and accountable; team player who helps others succeed.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
York & Durham Region, Ontario

We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-service oriented sales professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be out in the local area, meeting with different potential customers each day. These customers have requested our service. That’s right - they’ve reached out to us with interest in using WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. You will conduct site visits, greet them with a smile, discuss your painting project, provide accurate estimates and communicate the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and book the work in our schedules. Your role is to convert these opportunities into new sales and customers.

In addition to conducting estimates, you will also network with and prospect new potential customers. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the unique features and benefits of the services and programs offered.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and/or commercial customers in the painting, construction/renovation industry or other home service industry
• You have a passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• You’re a strong communicator – able to sell the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
• You’re a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
• You are driven, reliable and hold yourself accountable to results
• You’re a team player that likes to see others succeed
• You’re friendly and able to build rapport quickly
• You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

• We provide complete training on the customer experience and you will be provided with the technology and estimating tools needed to do a great job.
• WOW 1 DAY PAINTING offers a base compensation, attractive commission on estimates produced, and company vehicle.
