WOW 1 DAY PAINTING in Toronto is hiring a full‑time Sales Representative to meet residential and commercial customers, conduct site visits, discuss painting projects, provide estimates, and book work into our schedules.

You’ll network to grow brand awareness, carry a track record of meeting targets, and enjoy a competitive base pay with commission and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in home services or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and ability to convey WOW 1 DAY PAINTING value.
• Reliable, accountable, team player with rapport-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

We’re hiring immediately for a: SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full-Time

We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be out in the local area, meeting with potential residential and commercial customers. These customers have requested our service. That’s right - they’ve reached out to us with interest in using WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. You will conduct site visits, greet them with a smile, discuss their painting project, provide accurate estimates and communicate the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and book the work in our schedules. Your role is to convert these opportunities into new sales and customers.

In addition to conducting estimates, you will network and prospect new potential customers. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and promoting our unique service.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and/or commercial customers in the painting, construction/renovation industry or other home service industry
• You have a passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• You’re a strong communicator – able to sell the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
• You’re a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
• You are driven, reliable and hold yourself accountable to results
• You’re a team player that likes to see others succeed
• You’re friendly and able to build rapport quickly
• You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
