Our team is known for quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We're growing and looking for the right person to help us reach the next level.

About The Role

We’re looking for a young, energetic, and driven Sales Representative who’s excited to be part of a close-knit team. You’ll play a key role in finding new customers, developing relationships, and supporting both our clients and field crews. You’ll also help coordinate jobs and ensure a smooth experience from first contact through job completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
  • Represent Influx Electric at networking events, site visits, and client meetings
  • Coordinate with electricians and project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing communication
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare quotes, and follow up on proposals
  • Gather market feedback and help refine our sales approach

  • Energetic, confident, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • Comfortable working in and around construction and trades environments
