Job Description

Nuewal is a manufacturing company that has been supplying building products for a few years. We require a Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the construction / building industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Selling products to contractors, installers, builders, and developers, and getting products specified by architects.
• Identifying and evaluating new projects.
• Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events regularly; travel may be required.
• Cold calling and emailing project owners, architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Monitoring competitors, market conditions, and new product development opportunities; proactively prospecting architects, builders, and developers.
• Researching potential construction projects.
• Performing professional presentations of the company's products at clients' offices (Lunch and Learn or Coffee Time).
• Promoting sales to existing clients.
• Handling inquiries, providing quotes, and samples of products.
• Reporting directly to the manager.
• Performing various duties as required.
• Exhibiting strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation is based on a combination of base salary and commission, depending on previous sales experience.
