  • We are a national leasing and finance brokerage company with 25 years of experience. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in North Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial equipment finance and working capital portfolio. Your primary focus will be on sourcing transactions from end-users, equipment dealerships, and manufacturers, specifically by offering equipment financing to small and medium-sized businesses. We are not micro-managers. We expect each Sales Representative to be a self-starter and have the ability to convert leads to closed deals.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new business from end users and vendors through outbound initiatives, including cold calling, email and lead sourcing.
  • Increase and maintain profitable relationships with vendors and end users.
  • Maintain our customer sales database, ensuring all information is captured to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare credit submissions and lease packages.

Qualifications

  • 2 years cold calling, sales and customer service experience in a sales capacity.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, high achiever with a 'let's make it happen attitude.
  • Experience in the finance and leasing industry will be considered an asset. Willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in auto sales is considered an asset.
  • Access to a car is required as occasional customer visits will be necessary.
