The Role:
As a Sales & Customer Relations expert, you’llrepresent Bluewater Energy by engaging clients with a consultative approach,identifying their energy needs, and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions.You'll coordinate project details, manage documentation, and supportcommunication between clients, crews, and the sales manager—ensuring smoothdelivery and outstanding service from start to finish.

A Day in the Life:
oResearch and identify potential leads using CRMsystems, online databases, and other resources.
oProspect and qualify high-potential homeownersand commercial clients
oPresent tailored energy solutions using aconsultative sales approach
oPrepare and deliver competitive, professionalproposals
oNavigatecomplex negotiations to secure contracts. Cold-call potential clients to gaugeinterest and generate new sales opportunities
oHandle inbound sales calls and inquiries frompotential clients
oTimely preparation of quotations and projectproposals
oConduct project presentations in person, overthe phone or via video calls.
oRespond to clients' questions, handleobjections, and provide clarifications
oClosesales and achieve set quarterly and annual sales targets.
oMaintain regular contact with the salespipeline to move leads through the sales cycle.
oBuild and maintain strong, long-lastingcustomer relationships.
oEnsuretimely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs andobjectives.
oUpdate and manage all sales activities, notes,and data in the CRM software.
oTrack and measure daily, weekly, and monthlysales metrics and report on them.
oEnsurethat all customer communication is logged and records are up-to-date.
oCoordinate with various members of theBluewater Energy Team to facilitate and support their selling efforts.
oWork closely with design, operations, andinstall teams to deliver seamless projects
oWork closely with the sales team to identifybest practices and strategies to improve sales performance.
oCollaborate with the technical teams to addressproject / product-related queries.
oShareclient feedback and market insights with leadership and product teams
oStay updated on product features, benefits, andpricing.
oAttend regular training sessions and workshopsto gain a deeper understanding of the product or service.
oRelaycustomer feedback to product teams for continuous product improvement.
oFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionand gather feedback.
oResolve any potential issues to ensure customersatisfaction.
oUpsellor cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
oPrepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly salesreports and present to the management team.
oAnalyzesales trends to determine future sales strategies and areas of improvement.
oAttend sales training programs and webinars toimprove selling techniques and product knowledge
oContinuouslylearn about the industry, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Education in Sales, BusinessDevelopment or Customer Relations
·3+ years in high-performance sales(renewables, home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred)
·Strong proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, MSExcell, PowerPoint
·Must be comfortable using CRM
·Must have excellent organizational,administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·Skilled in competitive quoting, proposaldevelopment, and objection handling
·Valid Ontario Drivers License
