Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking Sales Representatives to join Country Hills Volkswagen, a key part of Canada's largest automotive group. You will be passionate about the automotive industry and contribute to our growing team.

You will build lifelong relationships with customers, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and stay current on vehicle knowledge, warranties, and financing options while growing your sales career with a trusted dealer group.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Alberta driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous luxury sales experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell or lease new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Maintain customer databases with follow-up and delivery notes in CRM.
• Ensure CASL-compliant customer communications.
• Handle vehicle delivery including pre-delivery inspection.
• Maintain knowledge of brands, warranties, finance plans, and accessories.
• Attend meetings and training courses.
• Conduct lot walks twice a week to stay inventory aware.
• Assist with lot maintenance and snow removal.

PositionOverview

We are looking forSales Representatives to join our team at Country Hills Volkswagen. Thesuccessful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industryand eager to contribute to our growing team.

PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities

• Responsiblefor the sale or lease of new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Responsiblefor maintaining the customer databases including owner follow-up, unsoldcustomers and confirmation of delivery dates and times. Maintains filesfor all sold and unsold customers including detailed notes entered in ourCRM software program and future follow up set.
• Ensureall customer communication is CASL compliant.
• Responsiblefor vehicle delivery including inspection of the vehicle two hours priorto delivery.
• Maintaincurrent product knowledge including own brands and competitive models.Understand aftermarket products such as warranties, chemical applications,finance plans and accessories.
• Attendsand actively participates in meeting and training courses.
• Conductslot walks at least twice a week to ensure up-to-date general inventoryknowledge.
• Assistwith lot maintenance such as moving sold vehicles into the appropriatelocation, re-parking demos and assisting with snow removal.

QualificationsRequired

• Requiresa valid Alberta driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Previousluxury sales experience is considered an asset.
