Position Overview
Westkey Graphics is looking for a high-energy and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our Trade Show Displays & Wide-Format Printing division. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a strong background in large-format graphics, exhibit displays, event branding, and signage solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets in the trade show, event marketing, and retail display industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in trade shows, event marketing, and retail display sectors.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and event planning to promote our wide-format and display solutions.
- Provide customized trade show booth, large-format graphics, and event signage solutions that align with client branding goals.
- Present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to secure new accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Design, and Production) to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to assess customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitors to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of wide-format printing, substrates, exhibit booth hardware, and event signage solutions.
- Educate clients on the latest advancements in materials and printing technologies.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and client presentations to expand brand awareness.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and internal teams to align on strategic sales initiatives.
- Track and manage leads, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in trade show displays, wide-format printing, or exhibit solutions.
- Strong understanding of large-format printing, substrates, exhibit booth hardware, and event branding.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to event and branding professionals.
- Self-motivated, able to independently manage a sales territory and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong asset.
