Job summary

Ajax Hyundai, part of Drive Auto Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Sales Team. The candidate will exceed customer expectations with in-depth product knowledge and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

You will maintain vehicle knowledge, perform professional demonstrations, and follow up with buyers to generate referrals. A valid OMVIC license and Ontario driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Ability to operate PC-based software; Vinsolutions and Next Up are assets.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by communicating clearly and understanding customer needs.
• Maintain solid knowledge of vehicles, packages, and latest technology.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles with high quality and professionalism.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with management and colleagues.
• Bring a positive attitude with you every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of vehicles, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with Management and colleagues.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

• The ability to operate PC-based software, and experience using Vinsolutions and Next Up would be considered an asset.
