Rogers Authorized Dealer - Skynet Wireless Inc in British Columbia seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to fuel growth in Canada. You will own the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and start-date coordination, supporting a door-to-door sales team for Rogers Wireless, Home Internet and TV.

Qualifications

• Approximately two or more years of hands-on recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commission-based positions is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to generate candidates through active sourcing and relationship building.
• Strong interviewing skills and sound judgment when assessing candidate fit.
• Confident, engaging communication skills and ability to present opportunities persuasively.
• Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple candidates and priorities.
• Experience using job boards, applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets to manage recruitment and report results.
• Willingness to attend local recruiting events and adjust schedules for candidate availability.
• Education in HR, business or related field is an asset; relevant recruiting results and experience are valued.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for door-to-door sales representatives, with occasional support for other positions.
• Build and execute weekly and monthly recruiting plans aligned with hiring targets.
• Write and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Actively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals and recruiting events.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities and career centres.
• Attend job fairs and organize recruiting events and interview days.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess fit for commission-based field sales.
• Explain the role, compensation structure and hiring process clearly to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with sales managers and manage offers and onboarding handoffs.
