Job summary

Birks in Toronto’s Yorkdale store is hiring a full-time Sales Professional to embody our promise of a brighter tomorrow through every client interaction.

You will join a motivated team focused on delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and meeting sales targets while providing polished, attentive service. Fluency in English is required; Cantonese/Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in retail sales; luxury retail/jewelry experience preferred.
• Strong team values.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organization and learning skills.
