Job summary

Maison Birks in Ottawa is seeking a Sales Professional to join our Bayshore store, supporting clients with luxury brands and unforgettable experiences. You will build relationships, make personalized recommendations, and contribute to a high-performance team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury jewelry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a professional fluency in English.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
• Strong team values and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and professional English proficiency.
• Good organization and ability to learn quickly.
