Basecamp Resorts Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive new business, cultivate travel trade relationships, and coach the sales team across Canmore and Calgary properties.

The role focuses on turning connections into signed agreements and expanding partnerships across both Basecamp and Everwild brands. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality sales, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts and collaborate with leadership.

Competenze

• Minimum three years in hospitality sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to source and convert new business and manage accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead new business development across Basecamp Resorts and Everwild brands.
• Coach sales team; manage pipeline and deliver on KPIs.
• Develop and manage travel trade and partnerships; negotiate deals and contracts.
