Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join a team and deliver legendary customer service while leveraging strong product knowledge to help each guest. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will assist customers with buying decisions, promote programs, and maintain store presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years sales experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to upsell and resolve issues with good judgment.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.
