EQ Bank is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Intern to support reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination for the Sales organization. You will maintain trackers, consolidate updates, and help prepare business insights.

You will also contribute to process improvements using AI and automation, review outputs for accuracy, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other partners.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program in business, finance, analytics, marketing, technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Power BI, CRM platforms, databases or data-visualization tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring Sales Operations activities, reporting cycles and business reviews.
• Maintain trackers, working files, process documentation and other operational resources.
• Collect and consolidate updates from Sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Track deliverables, owners, deadlines, risks and outstanding decisions.
• Assist with CRM data quality reviews, account information and related reporting activities.
• Support Sales events, expense tracking and other operational activities as required.
