Guesty is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Canada. The role focuses on providing day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, ensuring tools, data, and processes run smoothly, and unblocking sales representatives.

You’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining data quality, keeping our CRM clean, and helping optimize quotes, records, and reporting while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM support role (internships count).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of ownership.
• Curious and eager to learn new systems and sales operations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline sales support and unblock blockers affecting the sales cycle, including record corrections and quote approvals.
• Monitor and maintain health of the sales tech stack; assist users and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure CRM data quality by identifying and correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and misalignments.
• Help build and update reports and dashboards for the sales team; review for accuracy and freshness.
• Conduct routine checks of sales data and performance indicators to prevent gaps or misrouted accounts.
