Job summary

Execaire Aviation is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize processes, improve workflows, and ensure data quality across the sales org. You will manage CRM operations, maintain KPI data, and deliver insights that drive growth and efficient sales execution.

The role includes building dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI, supporting forecasting, and enabling end-to-end sales activities across all Lines of Business. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Education is required.
  • 5 years in sales support experience.
  • General knowledge and experience of business aviation.
  • CRM software experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and operational efficiency levers.
  • Proven solving skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Team player helping colleagues, company, and customers to succeed.
  • Dependable and reliable self-starter and autonomous.

Responsibilities

  • Create templates, documentation, and standardized operating procedures to streamline sales processes.
  • Ensure operational consistency throughout the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, follow-ups, and activity logs.
  • Track key sales KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and quote turnaround time.
  • Support sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reviews to drive proactive sales actions.
  • Build and update Salesforce & Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and pipeline health.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Oversee and support the end-to-end sales cycle across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on CRM systems, sales processes, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure adoption and proper usage of operational tools within the sales organization.

Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Market Intelligence & Sales Operations department by optimizing processes, improving operational workflows, and ensuring data quality and accuracy across the sales organization. This role enhances the efficiency, consistency, and productivity of the sales team by managing CRM operations, maintaining key performance data, and delivering actionable insights that contribute to growth and smooth sales execution.
