Job Description: Sales & Operations Manager at GPS Education Solutions

GPS Education Solutions is a fast-growing education services company in Canada, dedicated to supporting students through guidance, recruitment, and academic success. We work closely with colleges and institutions to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager – Sales & Operations to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OSAP, experience in student recruitment, and established relationships with colleges across Canada. You will oversee sales, finance, and daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage sales, finance, and operations teams.
  2. Drive student recruitment efforts and build partnerships with colleges.
  3. Oversee OSAP advising and ensure application accuracy.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to meet growth targets.
  5. Ensure compliance and efficiency across all departments.
  6. Report performance and outcomes directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in education services.
  • Experience with student recruitment and admissions.
  • Strong network and established relationships with Canadian colleges.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
