Intelcom is seeking a motivated intern to support Account Management and Business Development across Canada. You will work on real projects, analyze data, prepare updates, and help coordinate cross‑country initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience with CRM data, Excel, PowerPoint, and teamwork in a fast-paced, growth‑driven environment and explore future career opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Management and Business Development with ongoing projects and client activities.
  • Track project progress and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, operations, and customer metrics to identify trends.
  • Collect and maintain business and account performance data for decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
  • Assist lead management including qualification and routing of opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for stakeholders.
  • Communicate daily with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Management and Business Development teams with ongoing projects, initiatives, and client-focused activities.
  • Track project progress and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, operational, and customer performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collect and maintain business and account performance data to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support lead management activities, including the qualification and routing of new opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support operational excellence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • The role involves daily (or regular ) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration , Supply Chain Managements, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or team-based experience is an asset.
