Job summary

GoSecure in Montreal is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support business development and strategic growth. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and the sales team, handling prospecting, coordination, and executive support in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, manage calendars and travel, prepare reports, and contribute to events and client activities, while leveraging CRM tools to drive performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in sales coordination, business development, or executive support.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual in French and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead generation, research new business opportunities, and prospecting.
Coordinate sales activities, prepare reports and dashboards.
Provide executive support to VP of Sales, including calendar management and travel planning.
Coordinate events, conferences, and client activities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
