The role includes managing sales contracts, preparing reports, and building positive customer relationships. About the role :
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the team of Sales Managers in all customers facing administrative tasks, closely cooperating with the Customer Service, Pricing, Supply Chain and GBS Sales Support departments as well as many others in North America. Supports all activities related to customers’ demands. Including quoting and booking contracts, as well as managing the End-to-End Sales functions.
Key responsibilities include :
Works closely with the sales team, supporting them in the daily administrative, operational, and commercial tasks, including customer portfolio management.
Prepares reports, analyses, statistics, and presentations, and updates data in the CRM system on an ongoing basis.
Directly supports customers in providing information related to the company's offer and conducts activities aimed at building positive relationships with customers.
Provide general information (new products, promotions, invitations to fairs, etc.) to distributors and end customers, order product samples, and necessary information materials.
Manages sales contracts and provides quotations directly to clients based on Sales Manager's requirements, prepares pricelists and price updates.
Works closely with other BC departments, especially the Chocolate Academy, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Pricing, and others. Supports in gathering sales forecasts for the planning department.
Supports promotional events organization and participates in outside meetings.
Supports sales department in organizing tabletop trade events and in everyday activities (translating documents, courier services, ordering office supplies, etc.)
Supports Sales manager during customer visits (1-3 times year)
Actively increase your own professional knowledge and expertise and ensure understanding of the global BC organization.
About you :
Bachelor's degree or any other related certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in working with Commercial Sales Departments
Fluent in French & English both written and oral.
Advanced MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Ability to work under pressure.
Entrepreneurship spirit and passion.
Multitasking and Project Management skills a plus
