Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategic oversight and ensuring execution of all corporate marketing, communications and sales functions.

The key job functions are:

  • Development and implementation of annual integrated sales and marketing plans that support company goals and objectives
  • Overseeing the sales and marketing teams to ensure company standards and KPI’s are being met, supporting them to obtain the tools and training needed to meet these objectives.
  • Networking, facilitating and managing partnerships, and digital strategy efforts to grow brand and connections
  • Lead advertising efforts from design to execution through various digital and traditional marketing platforms
  • Oversight and proofing of content curation through blogs, sales materials, website content, email marketing, proposals and press releases
  • Additional duties as assigned

Education:

  • Post secondary education in related field

Qualifications:

  • Clean background check
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle

Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development

Skills:

  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Capable and confident leader
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Must be detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure

Base Salary:Base salary based on experience

  • Health spending account + lifestyle/wellbeing allowance
  • Continuing education allowance
  • RRSP matching

Work Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8AM-4:30PM
  • Occasional evenings/weekends to attend events/functions

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
