Regional Marketing Manager

Lead a region with purpose—driving regional growth strategies that directly impact our customers and the communities we serve to make a meaningful difference in the agriculture industry. What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of regional grain procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to deliver strong financial and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze customer activity and market trends to grow and retain a loyal client base.
  • Provide real-time insights on inventory, pricing, and competitive programs to senior leadership.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.

What you bring to our team

  • Proven leadership in grain procurement with experience in a management or mentorship role.
  • Strong understanding of grain marketing, financial analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to lead with both strategic vision and operational excellence.

  • Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
