Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our window and door sales teams across multiple locations in Ontario. You will coach staff, drive targets, and oversee customer relationships with a proactive, results-driven approach.

In this role you will meet homeowners, builders, and contractors, prepare estimates, manage quotes, and coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. A minimum of 10 years of sales leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.
• Experience managing a sales team and customer relationships.
• Ability to generate new sales opportunities through referrals, leads, networking, and walk-in customers.
• Meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to work with our window and door sales department in both our locations.

Looking to have a minimum of 10 years of experience and actively looking for new business. In this roll you will be managing customers relationship, overseeing our sales team/services. (In both locations)

• Coaching sales team with a positive approach
• Helping and managing sales targets and commissions sales staff members
• We currently have an inhouse install team, with an Install Manager, assistance install manager and 5 full time installers

Key Roles:

• Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, leads, networking, and walk-in customers.
• Managing some of our current customer (to be confirmed by management)
• Meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors to assess their window and door needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations.
• Manage the sales with our ERP computer system
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing customers.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Work hand and hand with our currently supplier while actively looking at new suppliers
