A leading company in real estate investor coaching is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to optimize sales processes and drive revenue across North America, focusing on personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on selling coaching programs to aspiring real estate investors across North America. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and refining sales processes, leveraging CRM and automation tools to maximize lead conversion and pipeline efficiency. You will oversee multiple sales functions—including event sales, inside sales, and future B2B channels—while working closely with executive leadership. This position is based in Cambridge, ON, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
