As the Sales Manager (SM) at Downtown Toyota, your role is to ensure the overall success and growth of the dealership by overseeing the Sales Department and driving exceptional Guest Experience. You'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Professionals, Financial Services Managers, and Product Advisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. You'll be the driving force behind our sales operations, leading the sales strategy and customer experience at Downtown Toyota. You will lead your team of sales professionals, maximizing customer experience, setting performance goals, and ensuring they are achieved. Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be essential in leading the sales team, optimizing sales processes, inventory management strategies, and ensuring the achievement of dealership goals. You will collaborate closely with our service and parts departments to create a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest, every time.
