Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Ponoka, AB location.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging, as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
2. Providing the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
3. Managing and developing all employees in the Sales Department to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
4. Achieving market share goals as agreed upon for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
5. Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and understanding competitive pressures.
6. Assisting in managing branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations.
7. Performing other duties as assigned.
