BC Greenhouse Builders Ltd. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a dynamic team in the greenhouse manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will manage sales professionals, develop effective strategies for growth, and ensure seamless coordination with production teams. About the role
The Director of Sales will play a hands-on leadership role, directly managing a team of sales professionals and sales support staff, while also collaborating with our small but growing U.S. division. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader while mentoring, motivating and developing the team.
Additionally, this role will work closely with our production and in house design teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales and projection execution, creating tailored greenhouse solutions that meet and exceed our customers’ needs.
KEY RESPONIBILITIES
·Lead and Develop the Sales Team– Coach, train and motivate a high performing sales force.
·Drive Sales Growth– Manage team personal sales thru KPI’s while setting and achieving revenue goals for the team. Provide constant and consistent feedback to team members on where they stand as to their goals.
·Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase profitability.
·Collaborate with All Departments– Work closely with Production and design teams to develop customized Greenhouse solutions for clients.
·Customer Relations– Foster strong relationships with customers. WOW the end user with before, during and after sales service that exceeds their expectations.
·U.S Market Coordination– Support and integrate sales efforts with our American division.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· 10 years of sales leadership experience. (required)
· Proven leadership experience in luxury products and the challenges that they can provide.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be a motivator who inspires the team to see the big picture and align their daily activities with the company’s goals and needs.
· Highly adaptable and resourceful problem solver with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate challenges with confidence.
· Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations.
· A leader who embodies our company values and fosters a culture of excellence, integrity and growth.
