Job summary

The Dufresne Group, Canada’s largest Ashley licensee, is seeking a Sales Manager in Regina. You will lead the store team to achieve sales, margin and guest engagement targets, coaching staff to improve performance and ensure exceptional service at every guest interaction.

Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations on priorities, maintain showroom standards, and drive onboarding and retention of a strong team. Availability includes days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions.
• Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance.
• Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management.
• Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions.
• Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement.
• Review performance trends and implement action plans.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
• Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed.
• Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team.
