Job summary

Ashley Canada - Regina is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the store team in achieving sales, margin and guest experience goals. You will coach and develop staff, run team meetings, and drive performance through Ashley’s sales approach and product knowledge.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with a focus on coaching for results and strong communication skills. Availability includes days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach on Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions, and guest engagement.
• Review performance trends and implement action plans.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
• Partner with General Sales Manager on store priorities.
• Maintain showroom standards and follow policies and processes.
• Support attraction, onboarding and retention of strong team.

As the Sales Manager, You Will

• Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance
• Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management
• Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions
• Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement
• Review performance trends and implement action plans
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
• Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed
• Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions
• Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered
• Availability for days, evenings and weekends
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required
