Sales Manager

Pay from $130,000 to $170,000 per year

Strong customer relationships built on trust — that’s the foundation of Uline’s sales culture! As Sales Manager, you’ll guide and develop a fast-growing sales team with a customer-first focus. Help drive Uline’s success as a top distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

This role is based at Uline's Edmonton Branch and will require relocation to the Edmonton area.

Schedule:
  • Monday and Friday - Office days.
  • Tuesday through Thursday - Sales team visits in the field.
Position Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a sales team of 8–10 representatives.
  • Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers, working closely with strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Frequent travel within the territory, with occasional travel to Uline’s other North American locations.
