Job summary

Twin Motors Auto Group in The Pas is seeking a dependable Sales Lot Assistant to keep the showroom and lot organized, prep vehicles, and support the dealership team. This hands-on role rewards attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect vehicles for blemishes, assist with demos and deliveries, and help ensure paperwork is accurate and on time, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence is required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items safely.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
• Positive and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and park vehicles to keep the lot organized and efficient.
• Monitor vehicles for damage or blemishes and report issues.
• Clean and detail vehicles and prepare them for demonstrations.
• Fuel and prep vehicles for customer delivery.
• Change licence plates as required and ensure paperwork is accurate.

What You'll Do

• Arrange and park vehicles to maintain an organized and efficient sales lot, the kind of Consistency customers notice without even realizing it.
• Monitor vehicles for damage or blemishes.
• Clean and detail vehicles.
• Fuel and prepare vehicles for demonstrations and customer delivery.
• Change licence plates as required.
• Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
