Job summary

Drive Auto Group is seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant in Ontario to join our sales team. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, demonstrate vehicles, and build lasting client relationships while exceeding targets.

You will need an OMVIC license or be eligible, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and comfort with PC software. Full training provided in a collaborative, growth-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
• The ability to operate PC-based software.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid OMVIC license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain solid product knowledge of vehicles, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with Management and colleagues.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
