ALDO Group is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to drive sales and support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Cis Tsawwassen Mills. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead on the floor when management isn’t present and ensure a smooth operation across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of hands-on management in retail or service, with a keen interest in fashion and a natural leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has agreat experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
