Job summary

ALDO Group in Brampton is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales, mentor associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the floor. You will lead by example when management isn’t present, helping hit targets and maintaining store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of retail or service management experience, and a passion for fashion. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is a must, with the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has agreat experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
