Job summary

Aldo Group in Victoria, BC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on the floor. You will lead by example when management is away, keeping operations smooth and the customer at the center of every interaction.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service, with a passion for fashion and a growth mindset.

• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. Salary Range

$18.75 to $19.25
