Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Mississauga to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the floor and across channels. You’ll lead by example when management isn’t on the floor, helping hit targets and keep store standards high.

You must have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail, and a passion for fashion. The role requires day, night, and weekend availability and the ability to stand and lift up to 35

• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer hasa great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

Salary Range

$18 to $20/hour
