The Big Task

A Sales Lead Coordinator is a vital part of the sales team. They support the attainment of sales targets by coordinating activities related to sales and supporting our Replacement Specialists. Although not directly responsible for sales, they maintain customer relationships, manage customer information, dispatch comfort advisors, track sales leads, and update customers throughout the day. They may also assist in training new employees.

Key Sub Tasks

• Manage schedules, organize documents, and communicate relevant information to the sales team
• Assist in setting sales goals and propose expansion opportunities
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
• Process orders accurately and promptly
• Inform clients of delays or issues
• Maintain and report on financial and non-financial data
