Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver positive, efficient customer experiences in-store. You will greet customers, keep sales areas stocked, maintain floor readiness, and help with price changes and displays.

Training on cash register use is provided, with occasional coverage during busy times. Applicants should be friendly, self-motivated and dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders, and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and readiness including shelves, displays, and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes (regular, clearance, and sale prices).
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting, facing and cleaning.
• Train on cash register functionality and assist with running a cash register when needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets, visual display maintenance and freight flow coordination.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program to customers.
• Encourage customers to apply and participate in company initiatives.
