Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs.
  2. Become an expert in CoStar’s critical information and marketing solutions, including LoopNet, the leading online commercial real estate marketplace.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing.
  4. Conduct high-level in-person client and prospect product demonstrations.
  5. Provide valuable insights to all participants in the commercial property market, including Brokers, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Appraisers, and Service Providers.
  6. Represent CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your market.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Two or more years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably selling SaaS from leading software, financial services, business intelligence, or information providers. Client-facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is strongly preferred.
  2. Two or more years of experience training clients on how to use a solution post-sale.
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  4. Legally able to travel to and enter the United States for business purposes immediately.
  5. Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start, reflecting responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
  6. Ability to regularly drive for extended periods throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  1. A strong record of providing outstanding customer service.
  2. Success in developing new business relationships and managing existing clients.
  3. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  4. Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
