Responsibilities
  1. Develop a thorough understanding of the vehicle range and provide detailed information and demonstrations to customers.
  2. Conduct test drives with potential customers.
  3. Provide financial rates and vehicle availability details.
  4. Offer customers the best and easiest installment options when required.
  5. Close sales, guide customers on administrative contacts, and ensure all paperwork is completed for vendors.
  6. Maintain customer satisfaction levels and actively prospect for new customers.
  7. Achieve sales objectives and contribute to business profitability.
  8. Deliver high levels of customer service.
  9. Complete all brand-related training successfully and obtain required certifications per brand standards.
  10. Comply with internal and external brand audit criteria as directed by management and principals.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
